Hilton Singapore Orchard

Very spacious luxury rooms. The breakfast was excellent with various delicious selections. The concierge team were very friendly and helped in organising our transport.

I really appreciate the friendly, efficient staff that was ever so helpful at any request, in fact they had gone out of their way to ensure that one gets what was reqested/required. Enjoy the variety of restaurants in the hotel, makes dining in, a pleasure. Enjoyed the exceptional service of the reception staff (in particular Kate) as well as the staff at the concierge - brilliant job by all. Appreciated the bedroom service staff for always ensuring that we returned to a very clean room. Lastly, location in Singapore cannot be better than this, place to stay!

We stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard for 5 days this past April and it was amazing! The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard Road with all the designer stores in the vicinity. Every brand from Saint Laurent, Prada to Hugo Boss is there. We paid for the breakfast and it was worth it! They had over 20+ options which included a variety of food options. The housekeeping staff did a great job on keeping the clean and stocked with water and towels. The concierge always helped us he’s a taxi for sightseeing. My husband and I had a great experience while staying there.

Breakfast was amazing as always. Staff were attentive, polite and understanding. We have stayed many times over the years and the hotel does not disappoint. So centrally located and with all the amenities we need.

The breakfast was great as usual. The front desk, bell hops & restaurant staff were courteous, friendly and helpful as was the concierge. The one exception was the operators that answer when you dial "0" from your room. They were, the female operators specifically, were rude & obnoxious. The rest of the staff, amenities, location & hotel in general, were top notch.
